Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 1 year\'s experience as a Hospital / Speciality Sales Representative
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
