This is more than just a sales role. You\'ll be working with industry professionals to provide practical, safety-first solutions, backed by a company that values culture, team collaboration, and real results.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Driving sales and building relationships with civil and construction clients
Educating customers about safety equipment for dust, ventilation, noise & fume control
Managing and growing an existing customer base
Working to a weekly call plan and updating the CRM daily
Problem-solving and offering tailored solutions for job site hazards
Supporting workshop operations as needed — a hands-on team player
Identifying new opportunities and contributing to the growth of the product range
What We\'re Looking For
Previous on-the-road sales experience in the construction industry preferred
A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves
Comfortable using Outlook, Word, and basic Excel
Product knowledge is a bonus — full training will be provided
Strong communication skills and a solutions-based mindset
