Due to promotion we're on the lookout for a **Parts and Shipping Coordinator** to help us keep things on track at our **Greystanes location**.

You'll manage all inbound shipments, including air, sea, and DHL deliveries. You'll ensure that the right parts get to the right place on time, solving challenges along the way. Working closely with our warehouse and demand planning teams, you'll make sure that shipments are on track and that any issues are resolved smoothly.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Oversee the arrival of inbound goods and ensure customs docs are on point
- Stay on top of shipment statuses and alert the team of any delays
- Provide vital admin support to demand planners and dealer support teams (your spreadsheet skills will shine)
- Collaborate with the parts team to resolve any freight incidents and ensure smooth deliveries
- Proactively communicate with suppliers and freight companies to solve any issues

**What You'll Bring**:

- Experience in logistics or shipping (no need for formal quals, just passion and attention to detail)
- Strong Excel skills and, if you've dabbled in SAP, even better
- Problem-solving abilities—you won't always have neat, tidy information, so curiosity and initiative are key
- A self-starter attitude, ready to work as part of a close-knit team
- A customer-first mindset, always delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders
