Our
**Federal Government** client is looking for a Property Coordinator to join their busy Melbourne office on a 6 month contract.

The role will provide Facility Management services, Service desk support & Mailroom services to a wide range of stakeholders within our Melbourne office.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Relevant experience in property and facilities management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound administration and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a changing environment where priorities change from week to week
- The ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Experience in managing customer expectations and identifying customer needs.

The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Comply with all work, health and safety policies and procedures, and taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of employees, contractors and visitors who may be affected by your conduct.
- Identify, prioritise, and schedule maintenance.
- Maintain the security access control system, including the issuing of keys and access passes.
- Service desk services
- Mailroom and Dispatch

**Mandatory: Applicants must be Australian Citizens to work in Federal Government and must hold a current national police clearance no longer than 6 months old.**
