At Sheffield Group, we're chasing Big Audacious Growth Goals and we need a Product Gun to drive our product strategy.
This role owns everything product: strategy, PD, innovation, and execution. We're a product-driven business with powerful brands and a passionate distributor network. You'll join an expert team with an already heavily developed PD pipeline you can really sink your teeth into.
Overview
At Sheffield Group, we're pursuing ambitious growth goals and need a Product Gun to drive our product strategy. This role owns everything product: strategy, PD, innovation, and execution.
Responsibilities
Let's skip the dry, repetitive, AI job description of a "Head of Product." If you are right for the job, you know what needs to be done. (A PD will be available to shortlisted applicants.)
Selection Criteria
You're someone who can manage large, complex SKU ranges across multiple product categories, ideally with experience in engineering, PTA, abrasives, tools, or industrial products. You're just as comfortable diving into numbers, strategy, and technology as you are switching gears to present with confidence to customers, suppliers, and senior leaders.
You'll have the freedom to be bold, innovate, and make things happen. If you're wired for action, thrive on turning ideas into reality, live and breathe product, you'll fit right in.
We really want a quick decision-maker, a cool head under pressure, and a passion for delivering first-class products and service.
