">">About the Role:">Our company is seeking a skilled Head of Product to lead our product team in driving growth and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products that meet customer needs.">Key Responsibilities:">• Develop and execute the product strategy to drive business growth and innovation.
">• Lead a cross-functional product team to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
">• Collaborate with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
">• Analyze data to inform product decisions and measure success.">Requirements:">• 10+ years of experience in product leadership, preferably in a growth-stage B2B or C company.
">• Proven track record of driving metrics that matter, such as activation, retention, and monetization.
">• Systems thinking with a bias for velocity, clarity, and decision-making under pressure.
