We're partnering with a well-established and respected travel organisation to find a talented HR Business Partner for their Southbank-based head office.
This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days/week) reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, offering broad exposure across generalist HR functions in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.About the Role:As the HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders and employees to provide expert guidance across:Workplace relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance managementPolicy development, investigations, and case managementHR/Payroll systems and reporting across Australia and New ZealandOH&S coordination and stakeholder engagement with EAPs, unions, legal advisors, and government agenciesYou'll play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with EBAs, awards, and internal policies.About You:Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR roleProven ability to partner with business leaders and deliver practical HR solutionsStrong understanding of HR/Payroll practices across AU & NZExcellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing prioritiesTertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Relations (preferred)Why This Role?
