**About Us**:
Community Accessability is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting aged care clients through meaningful programs and initiatives. Our extensive outings program offers clients the chance to explore new places, connect with others, and enjoy unique experiences across Victoria.

**About the Role**:
As a **Social Events Host**, you will play an important role in ensuring our clients have an enjoyable and safe time during day trips and outings. Working alongside a dedicated driver, you'll provide assistance, build rapport with clients, and be part of fun and engaging activities while visiting some of the most beautiful and interesting destinations across Victoria. All customers are independent and do not require individual support, just a welcoming smile and a guiding hand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist customers throughout the outings.
- Ensure all clients are comfortable and enjoying their day.
- Help with mobility assistance where needed (e.g., getting on/off vehicles).
- Engage with clients by fostering conversations and building connections.
- Provide support to the driver, such as ensuring client belongings are accounted for.
- Represent Community Accessability with professionalism and a friendly attitude.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Friendly and approachable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when working with aged care clients.
- Ability to assist with basic mobility needs, if required. A guiding hand, assisting with walkers etc no lifting etc
- Reliable and available for scheduled outings.
- Passion for making a difference and creating memorable experiences for clients.
