We're on the lookout for an excellent OHS & Compliance Advisor that can contribute to a fast-moving team.

**Your new company**

This government organisation is dedicated to providing the highest support in learning and development services for all Victorians. The Safety and Wellbeing team are looking to add an OHS & Compliance Advisor that can bring new ideas and support to their ever-growing team.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Health, Safety and Manager, you will:

- Promote positive wellbeing in learning and working environments
- Prevent against known and expected risks to health, safety and wellbeing
- Respond swiftly and effectively to manage potential issues as they emerge and prevent injuries
- Support employees to recover from injury and illness and return to work.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in OHS
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Good internal and external Stakeholder Skills and be able to demonstrate.
- Full working rights
