We require a Business Office Manager who can organise, implement strategies, systems and standards for the administration of our cosmetics stalls in Central coast NSW to ensure smooth operations.
Our regional location needs someone who can adapt, think on their feet and work well with our locals.
This is a full time salary role offering $60,000 super, across a 7 day per week roster, with the applicant required to live in the area.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Coordinating the day to day operation, maintenance and administration across the stalls.
Contribute to the planning and review of office services, setting priorities and office service standards.
Allocating human resources space and equipment
Managing records and accounts of the office
Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
Liaise with the Company Accountant on Tax matters
Establishing and processing payroll
Preparing reports for management
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff
Reviewing and monitoring the office budgets
Coordinate personnel activities such as recruiting, performance management, training and supervision.
What we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Business/Admin studies at Diploma level or higher and/or relevant work experience at least 3 years full time in a Business Office Manager role
Experience with planning and managing budgets and forecasting
Experience of at least 1 year in the skin care industry
Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business
Passion and drive to succeed while working in a very busy environment
Be prepared to be involved in the hands on side of the business
High level of computer literacy including MS Office.
A can do attitude and a willingness to get involved at all levels
Motivated and able to work under pressure
Positive, engaging and enthusiastic personality
Drivers Licence and Own reliable transport
Languages: English, Hebrew will be advantage.
