**Your Opportunity**
As the office manager you will play an integral role in the organisation and daily management and operations of our Adelaide office as well as leading and providing support to roll out and embed process or people changes across the team. You may be required to provide administrative and office support to the leadership team (as required) as well as the wider HSS team located in our head office at Fullarton.
This role will draw on a range of skills; you will be a planner, scheduler, manager, and executer in all thing's office related and administrative in running a productive, efficient, and functioning office.
This position will be offered on a full time fixed term 12 month contract.
A typical day will involve managing office administrative processes, assisting with property management requirements, managing visitors, contractors and auditors, planning meetings, diary and travel management just to name a few. You will manage the daily operations ensuring a productive working environment and enjoy a touch of event planning for our team (think team events, birthday celebrations).
This dynamic role will see you Lead initiatives as required in consultation with leadership and internal Medibank departments such as procurement, properties and marketing on initiatives such as fleet management, office consumables and uniforms.
