**Company**
Our client is a large complex retail business undergoing and exciting period of growth and change with a number of key projects planned.

**The Role**
The IT Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and enabling the technology teams in developing, delivering solutions and general IT transformation. The role also actively contributes to process improvement initiatives as it related to improving technology delivery.

You will be directly involved in the management of projects and providing leadership through your experience to effectively support cross functional projects for the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities include;**
- Support Project Manager to ensure that technology deliverables match project requirements and are produced in accordance to project timelines.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the interdependencies between Technology delivery, operations, and business needs
- Support project teams in delivering solutions through managing delivery schedules
- Seek to understand business needs and manage work within the context of the business environment.
- Ensure your team members understand their role and have clear performance metrics which are monitored, reviewed and celebrated regularly

**About You**
You have experience in IT project delivery, strong leadership skills and a firm understanding of business technology and systems.

You can also demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Successfully have delivery projects.
- An Organised and methodical approach
- Experience within an agile environment
- Ability to communicate at all levels with a high degree of professionalism both verbally and written
