Job Overview
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with small business owners in a designated geographic area. This will involve collaborating closely with referral partners and banking channels to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain small business customers
- Foster strong relationships with customers and referral partners to drive growth and revenue
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to provide targeted solutions and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services to effectively promote them to customers
Requirements:
- Background in business development and relationship management
- Proven ability to generate new business in the financial sector and local market
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build networks
- Track record of delivering results that exceed customer expectations
