The Role:
This role is 3 days per week (Monday, Friday and a third day of your choice)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction rate across all channels
- Following up high risk orders with customers
- Handle customer returns and ensure they are processed in timely manner
- Continued development and improvement of customer service
- Maintenance of google spreadsheets in conjunction with warehouse personnel to monitor service levels

**Who are you?**:

- Experience in delivering awesome customer experience results
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- You can talk the lingo and embrace the Showpo team's communication style
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Typing speed > 60 words per minute
- Ability to work with our offshore team
- Going above and beyond for the customer
