The role of Facilities/Post Room Assistant is a key position within our facilities team. You will be responsible for providing support to our facilities co-ordinators, managing all post room duties, meeting rooms set ups and assisting with other facilities services at our location.

This is a fixed-term contract, paying hourly. The successful candidate will be based from our offices in Chiswick Park, working Monday – Friday. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all deliveries to site are managed in line with our processes. This includes incoming mail, which must be stamped, scanned onto our mailroom portal and placed into post 'pigeon'trays. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the post room and goods lift area, as well as following security procedures during deliveries and collections. Additionally, you will assist the facilities co-ordinator with outgoing courier shipments and franking mail.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can work independently and as part of a team. Experience of working in a HQ facilities environment is essential, as is the ability to follow and execute instructions. A high standard of customer service and health and safety awareness are also crucial for this role.
