The Stage Door Performing Arts, one of Sydney's largest performing arts schools, is searching for a **Customer Service Manager** who can transform enquiries into enrolments and warm welcomes into long-term loyalty. This is not your average desk job, it's the beating heart of our studio, where every conversation sets the tone for a family's experience with us.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Lead our front-of-house and reception experience, ensuring every visitor feels like the star of the show.
- Drive enrolments by converting enquiries into committed students, using your proven sales skills and natural relationship-building ability.
- Manage systems, processes, and communications that keep our classes full and our families engaged.
- Collaborate with studio leadership to deliver a customer journey that is seamless, memorable, and uniquely "us."

**Who we're looking for**:

- Someone with proven **sales and customer service experience** (a must).
- A natural people-person who is highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Bonus points if you understand the **dance or performing arts world,**you'll instantly get what makes our students tick.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
