In order to deliver this promise of better service and customer experience, we are looking for Open Home Inspection Officers.
**What is an Inspection Officer?**
Inspection Officers are our on-the-ground property experts who work closely with our Property Managers to provide an incredible experience across the following Real Estate services.
- Open Homes
- Key and File Collections
- Routine, Ingoing & Exit inspections
- Key Storage and Management
- Ad Hoc tasks - e.g. providing property access for photographers or valuers

We offer a permanent part time position of 20 - 30 hours per week and paying a salary up to $60,000 pro rata. This position will be based in the Central Coast/Newcastle region in NSW.
**What are we looking for**:
We look for people who have had previous Real Estate/Sales or Customer Service experience and are passionate about property. This job is a perm/part time role with minimum working hours of 20 - 30 a week which must include Saturdays for open homes.

This role may also suit Property Managers who are looking to take a step back or those new mums looking to return to the workforce.

**Skills and experience**:

- Energetic and enthusiastic about property
- Impeccable presentation & communication skills
- Highly motivated for success and exceed targets
- Great attention to detail & a can do attitude
- Establish and maintain a productive and professional relationship with internal stakeholders
- Building brand awareness with prospective clients
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong customer service and Influencing skills
- 2 years + within Real Estate or a sales environment

**Must have**:

- Current driver's license & well-presented car
- Smart-device (tablet or phone) with mobile internet access
- Computer with internet access
- Ability to work Saturdays for open homes
- Minimum working hours of 20 - 30 a week
- Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence - a MUST
- Access to a scanner (for Key and File Collections) - can be a phone scanning app

**How do I become an Inspections Officer?**
You will need to successfully complete an interview and be available for 2 hours of training in our CBD office.
