Role Description

Our organization requires an individual to undertake a variety of tasks related to property management, including conducting open home inspections and providing accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough open home inspections and provide detailed reports
  • Collect keys and files from properties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine, ingoing, and exit inspections to ensure properties meet standards
  • Manage key storage and access control systems
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks, such as providing property access for photographers or valuers

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate or sales is highly desirable
  • Maintain impeccable presentation and communication skills
  • Show high motivation for success and be target-driven
  • Demonstrate great attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Build brand awareness with prospective clients
  • Exhibit exceptional time management and customer service skills
  • Hold a current driver's license and maintain a well-presented vehicle
  • Be equipped with a smart-device having mobile internet access
  • Have access to a computer with internet access
  • Hold a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
  • Have access to a scanner for Key and File Collections
