**About the Role**

Healthcare administration is fast paced and Ward Clerks are an integral part of the team. The Ward Clerk is the first person our patients, families and visitors are greeted by and therefore an asset to the Monash Women's Service.

**The position is part time ongoing, 2 days a week; 08.00 - 16.30, Monday and Saturday.**

We are a 48 bed Maternity ward providing a comprehensive range of health services for the rapidly growing communities of Melbourne's south east.

**About You**

You are a proactive, experienced healthcare administrator who enjoys a fast paced environment and can work effectively in autonomous role. Prioritising comes naturally to you and being in a hospital environment you exhibit integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence.

You can demonstrate:

- Proven healthcare administration experience
- Ideally, you are familiar with iPM, KRONOS, iPROC
- Ideally you are familiar with the set up and function of an inpatient unit
- Friendly, customer service driven individual who can communicate effectively
- Proactive, organised and can work autonomously
