The Ward Clerk Team at Bacchus Marsh and Melton, are seeking experienced and highly motivated Ward Clerks to join the team. As part of the team you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely reception, clerical and administration services to workforce participants You will also be responsible for providing support to Ward Staff in the Maternity, Medical Surgical, Day Procedure Grant Lodge and Urgent Care Units at Bacchus Marsh Regional Hospital, and Melton Health, which provide Acute Hospital, Aged Care and Outpatient Services to the community.

Experience in a Shared Services building which offers services such as Family Services, Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation, and Acute Mental Health patients is desirable.

The successful applicant will have the flexibility to work a non-restrictive roster that includes day, afternoon and weekend shifts across all campuses. There are permanent hours available and also an opportunity to join the Casual Bank.

- Have had past experience in Health Care Setting
- Computer literacy with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
