**Positions available: 1 - Start date: 25th August - End date: Early to mid-January 2026 in Wandin East VIC 3139. Availability on weekends and public holidays during the trading period is required for this role.**

Our stunning orchards in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, are preparing to welcome the Blossom Festival and Cherry Season, and we're on the lookout for passionate team members to help bring these events to life

**What you'll be doing**:

- Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Communicate daily booking schedules to the events operation's team
- Support online store operations
- Collate customer feddback and report insights to management
- Facilitate online community management and monitor comments, messages, tags and flag relevant collaborator posts, user-generated content

**About you**:

- You have your own vehicle and a full driver's licence.
- You speak fluent English (written and verbal), and being multilingual is a big plus
- You're confident in being on the phone maintaining professionalism
- You have experience using systems such as Excel (intermediate level), CRM platforms, and booking systems.
- You are available to work weekends and commit to the full season (late August to mid-late January).
- You're team-oriented, reliable, and highly organised.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.19 - $33.19 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
