The Role
We have an exciting and fast-paced opportunity to join the Infinite Operational team in this fundamental role. This is a permanent full-time position reporting directly to our General Manager and is integral to staffing at our new Aged Care Home in Knoxfield, Victoria.
Residential Aged Care Facilities - Our Locations | Infinite Care
The key purpose of this role is to manage and communicate all front-line employees' shifts via our centralised rostering tool in Humanforce across various shifts, enabling us to deliver operational stability for our residents, their families, and visiting health professionals. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and supportive team that values professionalism, high quality, and efficiency, underpinning our culture. As a member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with colleagues across functions to foster a supportive, resident-centric workplace culture and act as brand ambassadors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily master rosters, optimise employee work availability, handle sick leave and leave requests, coordinate backfilling and casual workforce, and manage labour hire workforce.
Partner with the corporate rostering team to ensure data accuracy and system forecasting capabilities.
Lead interactions with staff on site regarding allocations, roster changes, additional shifts, and communication of shifts available to ensure all shifts are filled with backups.
Oversee training and access to the timekeeping system, including onboarding new employees on site systems.
Maintain confidentiality of rostering information according to company policies and conduct standards.
Foster a collaborative and supportive environment on-site, ensuring effective communication and high-quality resident care.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, engagement, experience, and systems.
You will offer?
Extensive experience in staff (including contractors and labour hire) rostering.
Ability to work closely with operational teams and serve as a single point of contact for staffing information.
Capability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in verbal and written communication.
Valid NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
Experience with Roster "Bid Manager" tools is highly regarded.
Ability to work with broader rostering teams and senior administrators to improve staffing outcomes.
Hold or be willing to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
