Talent Acquisition Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to attract and retain top talent.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with our growth goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies on hard-to-fill roles.
  • Create effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Promote a strong employer brand to attract leading talent.
  • Forecast future headcount and create a pipeline of talent.
  • Improve the recruitment system and processes for efficient workflows.
  • Build relationships with universities, industry groups, and sources of high-potential talent.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and foster a DEI-focused talent pipeline.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Provide insights on workforce trends and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience in engineering and/or professional services.
  • Experience scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate candidates for role fit and company culture alignment.
  • Comfortable with change and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Drive to continually improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
