- Role Summary
- We are seeking an iPM Senior Delivery Coordinator to provide functional and technical support for iPM implementations and associated services for iPM product in the ANZ region.
- The iPM Senior Delivery Coordinator will be working most closely with the iPM Solution Specialist in providing estimates for chargeable services and will most often be involved delivering those services either as small orders work or part of a dedicated Project team.
Job Specifics
- Identify iPM, quotable activities for Professional Services via support process following the Quote to Order Process (iASSIST, iPlan.) and recognition of new business requirements from discussion with sales staff and customers at an operational level.
- Participate in Solution Planning, Estimation and Quotation, Client IPS based project activities, and Functional Training and prepare quotes for clients
- Provide Implementation and Training based activities either as a part of new Client Sales or existing upgrades as product upgrade releases occur and a future scheduled functionality is scheduled.
- As required provide functional and technical support for the iPM product, In paricular the eareas of Rules Engine and Audit viewer
- Provide support to the Professional Services Manager PAS for the resourcing of projects, report production and billing activities
Job Functions
- Create and deliver estimates in a timely manneras required.
- Assist the iPM Solution Specilaist to coordinate and review estimates from key internal stakeholders an customer stakeholders (including representing Dedalus at required meetings to discuss detail requirements).
- Provide iPM functional and technical support to allocated iPM small order works and projects.
- Provide functional and technical delivery services across all of the iPM modules, including systems admin and configuration training.
- Identify opportunities that can drive business growth, working with Professional Services and Sales team.
- Be passionate about healthcare and the business of our customers and work closely with the customer's key stakeholders and Dedalus teams to come up with solutions to complex problems.
- Negotiate difficult situations to successful resolution with our customers.
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years functional and/or technical experience, in healthcare sector with iPM.
- Experience in the implementation /support of hospital Patient administration systems (iPM preferred).
- Strong communications skills.
- Demonstration of customer service excellence.
- Experience with tools such as Office 365, iASSIST, SalesForce and Service Now.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies such as Agile (preferred).
- Work Environment
- Melbourne, or Brisbane based preferred.
- Combination of office environment, customer location and remote working.
- Occassional travel for customer meetings or project "go lives".
- Some flexibility with working hours as required to work with Dedalus teams in different timezones.
