May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.Job DescriptionThe Enterprise Solutions Specialist actively drives strategy execution and sales of the GE Healthcare portfolio and provides the formal clinical and technical expertise for the assigned products/solutions and services.
You are expected to differentiate GE product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify identified opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals and quotations, and respond to customers clinical and technical questions.
You will have the clincial ability to provide post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
The Enterprise Solutions Specialist works in conjunction with the Account Managers where required for opportunity management.Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)Provide clinical and technical leadership during the sales process by demonstration full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.Segment portfolio strategy execution at an account level in assigned territory.Establish and develop strong business relationships, identify and respond to key decsion makers needs, record and maintain account contact records in the relevant CRM tools.Establish and develop a network of key opinion leaders within your assigned territory.Communicate and track market trends to/from the field including competitor data, and support implementation of effective counterstrategies.Maintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product /service.
Be able to present and discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customers.Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to their product / solutions / servicesContinuously update their understanding of the customers changing clinical and / or operational issues and challenges.You will be required at times to develop, co-ordinate and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment use and monitor customer installations within assigned territory / region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.Differentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process, effectively using GEHC resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material to actively support the customer through their decision-making process towards a successful outcome for GEHC.Represent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promote product / solution and company.Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.ComplianceAdhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to relevant international and local Regulatory and GEHC Promotional Codes.Adhere to all applicable GE and GEHC compliance policies, codes and training requirements.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective actions as required.Quality Specific GoalsBe aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management Systems, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type / position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Maintain knowledge of and understand all applicable Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Local / International Law is broken.Maintain knowledge of and understand all applicable Environmental Health policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or Local / Internation Law is broken.Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.QualificationsMinimum 3 years technical product promotion / selling experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field.Previous experience in the Healthcare Industry.Strong ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions -based sales approach.Excellent ability to develop and build report at all levels within an organisation and be a team player.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English.Strong presentation skills with excellent ability to synthesize and explain complex issues.Able to travelValid motor vehicle licensePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience as a healthcare professional within a hospital / private practice settingAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
