Healthcare Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide functional and technical support for iPM implementations and associated services in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify quotable activities for Professional Services via support process following the Quote to Order Process (iASSIST, iPlan) and recognize new business requirements from discussions with sales staff and customers at an operational level.
  • Participate in Solution Planning, Estimation, Quotation, Client IPS-based project activities, and Functional Training while preparing quotes for clients.
  • Provide Implementation and Training-based activities either as part of new Client Sales or existing upgrades as product upgrade releases occur and future scheduled functionality is scheduled.
  • As required, provide functional and technical support for the iPM product, particularly in the areas of Rules Engine and Audit viewer.
  • Support the Professional Services Manager PAS for project resourcing, report production, and billing activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of functional and/or technical experience in the healthcare sector with iPM.
  • Experience in the implementation/support of hospital Patient Administration Systems (iPM preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Demonstration of customer service excellence.
  • Experience with tools such as Office 365, iASSIST, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • SDLC methodologies like Agile (preferred).
