Job Description

We are seeking an IT specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and supporting the implementation of our IT solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

This role involves providing technical support and training to customers, as well as analyzing their IT infrastructure to ensure seamless integration with our systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of software and hardware components in the healthcare industry.

A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with experience in installation and technical support of virtual servers, windows-based software products, and network fundamentals.

The position requires the ability to travel up to 20% across ANZ, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Experience with HL7 and ASTM messaging protocols.
