**The Role**

SBS is looking for a full-time Co-ordinator to assist our Access Services Lead to deliver closed captioning, audio description and subtitling services.
- Ensure SBS fulfils regulated captioning obligations by managing live and file captioning workflows with our third-party provider
- Ensure program schedules are captioned as required, including last minute amendments and late arriving programming;
- Review and co-ordinate audio description schedules, including disseminating information via the SBS website; working with Subtitle Editors and language contractors to deliver high quality subtitling for SBS programming.
- Log all on-air discrepancies and manage viewer complaints and audience feedback with regard to the access services provided by SBS.

**About you**
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet demands in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently
- Desire and ability to acquire new skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including good working knowledge of Excel.
- Background in resource management and coordination an advantage
- Knowledge of media systems and software such as IBMS, MAM, WinCaps, Oracle or equivalents is desirable
