**About the Role**:
As a Sessional Academic you will have the opportunity to teach within our VU First Year College, who offer a unique learning experience designed specifically for first year students. VU's First Year College is looking to increase their pool of qualified people to teach into our Bachelor Nursing degree.

You must hold current nursing registration and a Master's or doctoral degree in the nursing field is highly desirable. Evidence of substantial and current knowledge of discipline/field of study.

You will engage in our renowned VU Block Model, where one unit is taught at a time. This allows you to teach in small groups and provides you with an opportunity to engage with and get to know your students. Each appointment will be for a block of 4 weeks of teaching.
