Be a key player in delivering effective remediation solutions that protect and enhance our customers' experience. As a Remediation Analyst, you'll lead end-to-end analysis and delivery of remediation activities impacting TAL customers and internal teams.

You will:

- Analyse customer impact and support root cause investigations
- Collaborate across TAL to drive remediation initiatives aligned with our Customer philosophies and risk framework
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups to ensure accountability and progress
- Support strategic remediation and operational resilience projects

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years in financial services or life insurance, with strong operational knowledge of the Individual Life business
- Proficient in life insurance systems, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical issues and influence stakeholders
- Proven experience in process ownership, project work, and managing remediation or risk initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., APRA, Life Act) and strong customer service focus
