Job Description
- Exciting opportunity within the People Services business unit, involving multiple projects related to payroll, superannuation compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders across the Qantas Group.
- This is a fixed-term, 24-month, full-time position based at Qantas Head Office in Mascot.

The Senior Analyst, Remediation & Projects, plays a key role in interpreting, documenting, and validating business requirements, and in developing analytical tools to support various program activities. Responsibilities include analyzing and validating data to support remediation efforts related to payroll and superannuation compliance. The role requires managing multiple complex projects, attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines. The role reports to the Manager, Employment Compliance and Projects, and covers several payroll and superannuation compliance matters.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in remediation, projects, or data analysis, preferably in payroll and superannuation compliance.Strong analytical skills with the ability to build and validate complex models and tools.Experience in risk identification, solution design, and providing recommendations.Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and within tight timeframes.Proficiency in user acceptance testing (UAT) and data analysis.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.Why Qantas?
