Our focus is making sure both you and the client are the right fit—and that you have every opportunity to succeed.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Commercial Project Officer (APS5 equivalent) to support ICT projects within the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD).
You will contribute to the planning, delivery and administration of complex technology projects that enhance national security capabilities.This is a full-time, Canberra-based role requiring an active TSPV clearance and a successful Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA).
Key responsibilities include:· Assist with development and submission of project procurement and finance documentation· Provide contract management support, including tracking deliverables and managing closures· Maintain schedules, track risks and issues, and manage project financials and resource plans· Deliver administrative support including record-keeping, meeting support, and stakeholder communications· Apply configuration control over assets and manage asset documentationTo be successful in this role, you will need:· Demonstrated experience in supporting complex ICT projects· Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills· Knowledge of Defence financial systems and project administration processes· Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a secure, fast-paced environmentAll candidates must be Australian Citizens with an active TSPV clearance.
