
Team Manager

As a Team Manager, your main responsibility is managing your team to achieve department goals. You will take ownership to lead and coach your team, proactively foster the achievement of sales and service goals, ensuring that the highest level of Client experience is delivered. You will be responsible to recruit and build highly motivated teams, develop them and secure succession plans. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the brand attitudes toward Clients, stores and team members.
**Team Management and Development**
- Ensure your team upholds the company brand promise to every Client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 company attitudes.
- Support them with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, partner with Management and/or relevant departments to tailor individual action plans
- Identify, recruit, on board and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with CS Manager
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business objectives: create a positive and harmonious work environment, foster cooperation within the team and between managers
**Client and Business Development**
- Establish a Client-centric mindset in the department to ensure the highest level of Client experience and proactively handle Client-related situations
- Communicate and inspire the team on Brand Strategy and relevant business information (animate Daily Moments, briefings, training)
- Proactively provide CS Manager with recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within the team
- In Partnership available resources, put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance, leveraging, clienteling, training and team animation
**Drive Commercial Mindset**
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient team management, being a visible presence and support and ensuring the company brand standards are achieved
**Store partnership**
- Act as a key contributor to foster mutually successful relationships
- Support the Store Network inclusive of Web with all queries and special projects
- Create an environment that support open lines of communication
**Operations**
- Support CS Manager in staff planning and recruitment
- Ensure policies, Brand standards and grooming guidelines (for Client appointments) are communicated and implemented
- Provide CS Manager with recommendations on how to streamline and improve our processes, etc
- Participate in special projects tasked by Management
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks as required
