**The role & team**
- Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Operations Support Officer to join our growing audiology department. Reporting into the Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the setup of new stores, liaising and providing excellent customer service, with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders all whilst, working to firm deadlines to ensure our stores open on time.
- In this dynamic role, you will provide operational support to our audiology store partners, whilst ensuring claims are processed accurately and in a timely manner and compliance documentation is kept up to date

- Customer Centric
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work and be sufficiently flexible to meet changing deadlines
- Able to confidently use Excel to create reports
