Overview
Operational Support Officer role at Specsavers. 14 month fixed term contract in the Audiology department. Hybrid work; based at Support Office in Port Melbourne when not remote. You will be the go-to person for audiology-related inquiries, manage the general audiology inbox, and support Audiology Partners and Support Office with various tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage general audiology inbox and act as first point of contact for queries and escalations
Coordinate audiology induction programs
Set up system access for new store openings
Distribute reports accurately within tight deadlines
Support Audiology Partners and Support Office with audiology-related questions and tasks
Qualifications / Skills
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
A keen eye for detail
Retail or Audiology experience is a bonus, but not essential
