Job Description

The Audiology Operational Support Officer plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within the audiology department. This dynamic position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing the general audiology inbox, responding to queries and escalations, and supporting the Audiology Partners and Support Office team with various audiology-related questions and tasks. Additionally, this role involves coordinating audiology induction programs and setting up system access for new store openings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring reports are accurately distributed within tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
