Our client is is seeking a motivated
Insurance Administrator
to join our Melbourne team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong insurance background to contribute to a growing firm. With over three decades of insurance broking experience, the team offers tailored, honest risk advice and coverage.

What You'll Do:

  • Support broking and advisory partners with day-to-day insurance administration
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client queries
  • Prepare, review, and maintain insurance documentation and compliance records
  • Liaise with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support business efficiency improvements

About You:

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (mandatory)
  • 2+ years' experience in insurance administration, brokerage, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and highly organised
