Job Title: Service Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Centre Supervisor to lead our team of service professionals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role:
  • This is a senior-level position responsible for managing a team of service centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality service to customers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring work completed by service centres, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to drive optimal consumer satisfaction.
  • You will also conduct regular site assessments to ensure that test equipment and tools are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Additionally, you will investigate consumer complaints, provide feedback, and review ASCs' changeover and warranty trends to ensure effective controls are in place.
  • Furthermore, you will facilitate the appointment and cessation of ASCs and deliver technical and warranty training to ASCs and SPDs.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge through relevant briefings, training, and reviewing necessary materials.
  • Collaboration with colleagues and functions is essential to achieve results-driven outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Appliance Repair or equivalent qualification is required for this role.
  • You must have a minimum 5 years' technical experience servicing whitegoods.
  • Current licences and a valid NSW drivers' license are also required.
