Warranty Supervisor

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technical bicycle knowledge and have previous experience in the bicycle industry.

Responsibilities include identifying technical problems, analyzing warranty claims, issuing reports, handling customer complaints, and providing direction to Warranty Agents.

Duties may include:

  • Inspecting bicycles for defects and determining warranty eligibility
  • Communicating with customers regarding warranty status and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with Warranty Agents to ensure efficient warranty processing
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical bicycle knowledge is essential for this role. Previous experience in the bicycle industry is also necessary.

Candidates should be able to effectively communicate with customers and work collaboratively as part of a team.
