The Opportunity
Due to the ongoing expansion of our Business Law Team, we are looking for an experienced Business Lawyer (with more than two years experience) who may be considering their next career move. Be assured that all applications will be kept strictly confidential and no contact will be made with existing employers.
In this role, you will work directly with and be mentored by Senior Associate, Johnathon Althaus and Managing Director, Peta Gray.
Previous experience in the majority of the following areas is required:
business sales and purchases;
share sales and purchases;
leasing matters;
preparation of business documentation (eg. Terms and Conditions, Services Agreements etc.); and
franchising work.
Please note, this role is for admitted lawyers only - no grads need apply.
