Enterprise Legal was co-founded in 2017 by current owner and Managing Director, Peta Gray. The Opportunity

Due to the ongoing expansion of our Enterprise Legal Team, we are looking for an Early Career Lawyer who wants to kick-start their legal career. This role would suit a law student in their final year of study (provided they can work full-time hours), a recent Graduate studying PLT or a lawyer in their first year of legal practice. Be assured that all applications will be kept strictly confidential and no contact will be made with existing employers.

In this role, you will work directly with and be mentored by Senior Associate, Johnathon Althaus and Managing Director, Peta Gray.

The successful candidate will have exposure to a wide variety of work and clients, working predominantly on disputes matters including (but not limited to) in the following areas:

  1. building & construction;
  2. employment;
  3. debt recovery;
  4. land compensation matters; and
  5. compulsory acquisition claims.

The candidate will also have the chance to work on 'front-end' business matters, including researching and preparing client advices and preparing legal documents.
