Regional Business Legal Specialist

The Business Lawyer will work directly with and be mentored by Senior Associate, Johnathon Althaus and Managing Director, Peta Gray.
Key Responsibilities- Business sales and purchases; share sales and purchases;
- Leasing matters;
- Preparation of business documentation (eg. Terms and Conditions, Services Agreements etc.); and franchising work.
Previous experience in the majority of the above areas is required. Admitted lawyers only - no graduates need apply.
