**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Specialist to perform financial and administrative support duties for National Transport within Woolworths Limited. We are looking for a energetic addition to the team. Some one who thrives in a team environment and can also take the initiative to get the job done. A person who is able to work well under pressure and is self disciplined to get daily / weekly task done. Previous experience in the Transport industry would be highly advantageous.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Entering rates into TMS (transportation management system)
- Assist with queries on rates and fuel levies
- Investigate and resolve charging discrepancies
- Ensure data integrity is maintained at all times
- Reporting
- Maintain a regular communication portal with accounts, carriers and vendors
- Perform analysis as requested by the business
- Manage the manual recharge process via Salesforce
- Conduct SAP audit check where applicable
- Process internal invoices for the business where required
- Manage weekly functions to ensure deadlines are meet in a professional manner
- Management of the Primary Freight Mailbox including responding to internal customers, vendor and carrier queries in a timely manner

**We are looking for our next Superstar with the following Skills**:

- Experience in accounts payable, receivable and administration
- Effective time management, discipline and financial awareness
- Excellent attention to detail
- A can do attitude
- Ability to take on work, prioritise and stay level-headed
- Demonstrated effective problem-solving approaches
- Intermediate experience with various computer programs: Microsoft Excel & Word ,Google, Salesforce
- Understanding and working knowledge of SAP
- Strong Literacy and documenting skills
- Experience in transport industry (or distribution operations) highly regarded
- Ability to work alongside a team of cross functional resources
- Ability to communicate effectively with Stakeholders
- Experience in Customer Service
