We are seeking an experienced and strategic Channel Business Support Specialist.

About The Role
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client-facing teams, resolving or escalating tickets.
  • Initiate and lead projects or initiatives to drive process improvements.
  • Resolve or escalate internal system-related issues, such as those involving Salesforce and our partner portal.
  • Understand the organization well and direct requests to the appropriate resources quickly.
  • Support integrations between core platforms like Workato, Salesforce, and
  • Drive innovation in core channel processes related to Salesforce, Marketing (MDF), and Commissions for local channel partners.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental processes for onboarding new partners with finance and the channel team, including setup of new partners and marketing vendors.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Business Operations leaders to inform data-driven decisions and segment strategies.
  • Improve Salesforce processes related to partner contracts and commission processing.
  • Support local business operation reporting needs using Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, by building reports and handling support tickets for relevant platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics to inform future initiatives aimed at improving channel processes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years proven experience in business operations or related fields.
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS environments.
  • Salesforce administration skills.
  • Experience with Tableau or Looker.
