
Business Support Specialist

- Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare financial reports and perform other assigned tasks
- Provide administrative support to the team, handle correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Offer assistance to senior staff members on various projects and initiatives
- 3-5 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role with similar responsibilities
- Qualification in accounting or bookkeeping preferred but not essential
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team
