Stellar Recruitments is partnering with a respected Electrical Contractor who deliver a broad scope of projects across health, aged care, government, industrial and defence to name a few with a footprint Queensland wide. From that, I am actively recruiting a **HSEQ Manager** to join their team.

**The Role**:
This role will see you reporting directly to the Operations Manager, overseeing multiple projects across the region and driving HSEQ procedures across projects. In this role, you will be given the autonomy to lead, improve and implement procedures to ensure works are carried out to a high standard, ensuring quality and safety are industry leading. The role will be supported by an established and proven leadership team who will support and mentor where required. This is a HQ based role with some site travel as required in line with projects.

**The Skills Required**:

- Degree in Heath & Safety or proven experience.
- Previous Construction experience is essential, Electrical project experience a bonus.
- Sound knowledge of Queensland safety laws.
- An effective communicator, strong stakeholder management skills.
- A team player and someone who wants to drive their career forward.
