**About Them**
A leading infrastructure services organisation with a significant operational footprint nationally. Currently undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation an opportunity has arisen for an HSEQ Systems Manager to join their passionate team.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the GM Health Safety Environment and Quality and as a member of the HSEQ Leadership Team, you will:

- Lead the Safety function in HSEQ system development, implementation support, review and improvement to support the enterprise HSE Strategy
- Lead, consult and facilitate the design and development of core HSEQ regulatory guidance materials, processes, templates, forms and compliance system tools to empower line management to lead safety and manage risk
- Design and develop the HSEQ system to ensure the information and processes developed are communicated in a clear and concise way ensuring it is simple and effective for line management to interpret and implement
- Oversee and manage certifications and external audit program
- Identify, evaluate and recommend opportunities to improve and optimise the HSEQ Management System and other HSEQ System enablers

**About You**
- Demonstrated track history in the development, implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work with the HSE Group at a strategic and operational level
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills to negotiate and influence outcomes across a broad stakeholder group
- Demonstrated ability to interpret relevant legislation, regulations and standards
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage concurrent projects
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, excellence and best practice in Occupational Health and Safety
- Inquisitive and curious with well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives across multiple sites and multiple disciplines
- Well-developed computer literacy skills
