Risk Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Expert to drive compliance and lead internal audits in our integrated HSEQ management systems. Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver actionable reports from audits and due diligence activities
  • Maintain certified HSEQ systems across all subsidiaries
  • Monitor and update compliance frameworks in line with legislative changes
  • Validate and maintain risk profiles within HSEQ systems
  • Document initiatives that improve operational performance and efficiency
About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a high level of expertise in HSEQ management systems, auditing, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on risk management and will be responsible for driving compliance and ensuring that our HSEQ systems are aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary or vocational qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in HSEQ roles, with a strong focus on auditing and compliance
  • Certified Lead Auditor in HSEQ Management Systems
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience engaging with regulators and external audit providers
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk management systems
  • Industry experience in mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment (desired)
