This role will be based at **Holsworthy, NSW**

**To be successful for the required Security Clearance, you must be an Australian Citizen.**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the core responsibility of our Planned Maintenance Supervisor is to oversee the management of all planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity across Defence bases. Role is to optimise cost and efficiency whilst ensuring accurate management of preventative maintenance schedules.
- Management of the planned preventative maintenance schedules to ensure all statutory and non-statutory maintenance is completed
- Coordination of access requirements, scheduling of maintenance and customer liaison
- Working with the Facility Supervisors to deconflict activities on the estate in order to achieve maintenance obligations
- Working with the Facility Supervisors to action Fault Notifications
- Review and record keeping for Service Documents, Permits and certification
- Promulgation of waivers and postponements as and when required
- Undertaking Quality audit checks and asset validation on maintenance activities
- Submission of Equipment Change forms to ensure consistent and aligned data
- Submission of Notice of Disruptions to required stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Management of vendors, interfacing with all internal and external customers
- Vendor management, scheduling, and supervision of essential services
- Managing maintenance activities as required for client or tenant service requests
- Manage all Service Request priorities and Service Level Agreement (SLA) parameters
- Capture all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site/s
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved
- Carry out site condition assessment audits
- Support and assist the Facilities Manager as required

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated facilities maintenance experience in the management of large-scale maintenance activities & multiple sites
- Proven ability in working within an integrated service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage contractors
- Able to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Trade background or equivalent
