Maintenance Supervisor Role

\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our facilities.

\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating regular maintenance activities, ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and timely manner.

\

You will also lead a small team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with management to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.\
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.\
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.\
  • Coordinate with external contractors to ensure that all maintenance needs are met.\
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on progress to management.\
  • Requirements:\

    • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., building services engineering, facility management).\
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior living or healthcare environment.\
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.\
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.\
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.\
    • Current driver's license and willingness to travel to various locations as required.\
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
